We are currently seeking a Social Media Manager to develop, implement, track, and optimize all paid advertisement social media campaigns for our clients across all applicable social media platforms. This individual should have expert knowledge across all major social media channels.

This individual must be highly organized, detail oriented, able to follow direction well, a self-starter, flexible and a great problem solver. A background in paid social media advertising and digital marketing is required with a strong grasp of current social media marketing tools and strategies to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The digital marketing managers will work with the account managers, clients, and vendors to launch campaigns within a set time frame and budget.

Specific Duties

  • Plan strategize and execute all paid social media campaigns

  • Measure and report performance of all social media campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights and industry standards

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, keeping ahead on trends related to the latest platforms available

  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple social media channels and customer touch points

  • Implement conversion points and optimize user funnels

  • Collaborate with other vendor partners relating to both campaign execution and support

  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

  • Obtain all needed materials to properly execute marketing plans

  • Manage comprehensive calendar of all deadlines and due dates

  • Provide performance recaps for clients

  • Professionally represent and be an advocate for Strike Marketing and its clients

  • Complete all other duties as assigned


Required skills and knowledge

  • Strong verbal and written skills required

  • Proven working experience in social media marketing, specifically paid advertisement campaigns

    • Advanced experience required in major channels as listed: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn

  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing social media advertising campaigns

    • Expert understanding of all major social media channels

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate

  • Experience with A/B testing experiments

  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and others)

  • Working knowledge of social media ad serving tools

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

  • Demonstrated commitment to principles of teamwork and shared responsibility.

  • Understanding of marketing principles.

  • Ability to manage up to dozens of campaigns at a time, across different industries

  • Ability to multi-task and meet simultaneous deadlines.

  • Ability to plan, organize and coordinate people, tasks, and projects for efficiency.

  • Operates with highest degree of integrity


Must possess initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and a drive to learn and move up in the company.

Education & Experience

  • College degree required

  • Minimum of five years of experience in social media marketing field, specializing in paid advertisement campaigns

  • Experience with Google Data Studio and Basecamp preferred

  • Facebook Blueprint certification preferred
