PPC MANAGER

 

We are currently seeking a PPC Manager that will be responsible for the implementation of all PPC campaigns including campaign analytics, strategy and support for other digital marketing initiatives.

This individual must be highly organized, detail-oriented, able to follow direction well, a self-starter, flexible and a great problem solver. A background in PPC and analytics is required with a strong grasp of current web tools and strategies to lead integrated support and reinforcement of digital marketing initiatives. Additional experience with e-commerce PPC campaigns and email campaign/CRM integration preferred. The PPC Manager will report to the Digital Director and work with the account management team and clients on all projects. Agency experience strongly preferred.

 

Specific Duties

  • Execute all aspects of PPC campaigns including strategy, copy generation, best practices, analytics and implementation (Google Ads experience and certification required, Bing experience a plus)

  • Lead and facilitate daily optimizations of all PPC campaigns for a variety of clients in order to accomplish their business goals

  • Measure and report performance of all PPC campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • Comprehend Google Analytics and website dynamics to identify areas for improvement

  • Track and measure results through tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console

  • Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) strongly preferred

  • Formulate competitive analysis reports and web audits

  • Assist with campaign reporting related to paid and organic web campaigns

  • Obtain all needed materials to properly execute marketing plans

  • Professionally represent and be an advocate for Strike Marketing and its clients

  • Collaborate with department personnel on all projects assigned to ensure client satisfaction and experience

  • Complete all other duties as assigned

 

 Required skills and knowledge

  • 6 or more years of PPC, analytics and proven digital marketing experience

  • Solid knowledge of website analytics and SEM tools (Google Analytics required; Google Data Studio, SEMrush and others, preferred)

  • Demonstrable experience with PPC campaigns specifically related to e-commerce and analytics tracking with third party vendors

  • Related experience working with comprehensive automated email campaigns requiring client CRM integration

  • Google Ads certification required

  • Google Analytics certification required

  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

  • Demonstrated commitment to the principles of teamwork and shared responsibility

  • Understanding of marketing principles

  • Ability to multi-task and meet simultaneous deadlines

  • Ability to plan and organize tasks and projects for efficiency

  • Strong verbal and written skills required

  • Operates with highest degree of integrity

 

Must possess initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and a drive to learn and move up in the company.

 

Education & Experience

  • College degree and/or pertinent certifications required

  • Minimum of six years of experience in digital marketing, with specialization in PPC and analytics

DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist that will be responsible for supporting digital campaign implementation, analytics, and reporting.

This individual must be highly organized, detail-oriented, able to follow direction well, a self-starter, flexible and a great problem solver. A background in paid digital campaigns and analytics is required with a strong grasp of current web tools and strategies in order to lead integrated support and reinforcement of digital marketing initiatives. The Digital Marketing Specialist will report to the Digital Director and work with the account management team on all projects. Agency experience preferred.

  • Support with implementation of digital marketing campaigns included but not limited to: SEM, Paid Social Media, Video, and Programmatic Display

  • Manage reporting and analytics deliverables for digital marketing campaigns

  • Track and measure results through tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console

  • Formulate competitive analysis reports
